Shipping and Delivery Policy


1. Order Preparation

All orders are processed within 24 working hours throughout the week.

Friday, Saturday, and public holidays are not considered working days.

Orders received after 12:00 PM will be processed the following day.

Orders received on Thursday after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next Sunday.


2. Shipping Label and Customer Information

Shipping label is issued based on the phone number provided during checkout.

If you change your phone number later, it will not be updated automatically.

3. Shipping Cost

Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on product weight and delivery distance.

All orders are shipped directly from the warehouse through approved shipping companies.

Orders cannot be collected from showroom branches.


4. Tracking Shipments and Delivery

Track your shipment: Customers can track the status of their shipment through their order page on the website.

Delivery attempts: The delivery company will attempt to deliver the shipment only twice.

⚠️ If there is no response or the address is incorrect, the shipment will be returned to the source.

Delivery time: A specific delivery time cannot be set due to varying shipment sizes and reliance on special transport vehicles.

⚠️ Note:

Online orders are not eligible for assembly, and delivery is limited to the building or home location only, without reaching upper floors or offices.

5. Shipping Duration

Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping company and the customer's location within Saudi Arabia.

If the customer delays receiving the order or does not respond to the delivery driver, the delivery will be rescheduled once or the shipment will be returned to the source.


⚖️ Important Notes

  • Leaders reserves the right to cancel any order and refund payments using the same payment method if the requested product is unavailable.
  • The company reserves the right to package products in a manner that ensures the safety of the product during shipping.


Return Fees

If the shipment is not received or the order is canceled after shipping, the customer is responsible for:

  • Outbound shipping fee (100 per package).
  • Return shipping fee (100 per package).
  • Even if the shipping was free or discounted in the original invoice.
  • Bank fees will be deducted based on the payment method used, as detailed below.
  • The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer after the returned product is received at the company’s warehouse.


Electronic Payment Channel Fees:

  • Mada: 2.5% of the invoice or order value within 7 business days
  • Credit Cards (Visa - MasterCard - STC Pay): 4% of the invoice or order value within 7 business days
  • Installment Payments (Tabby / Tamara / MISPAY / Madfooat / Emkan): 10% of the invoice or order value within 14 business days
